You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3 Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any fraudulent or illegal activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts

6. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you create within the App. By using the App, you grant the Service Provider a license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
7. Premium Features and Subscriptions
7.1 Subscription Plans
mMoney offers various subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscription plans may include:
- Enhanced expense tracking and categorization
- Advanced analytics and reporting
- Unlimited groups and expense sharing
- Priority customer support
- Ad-free experience
- Data export and backup features
7.2 Subscription Terms and Billing
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:
- Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
- Billing occurs through your device's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store)
- All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Subscription prices may change with 30 days' notice
- Taxes may be added to subscription fees where applicable
7.3 Auto-Renewal Policy
Important: Auto-Renewal Information
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. This means:
- Your subscription will continue indefinitely until you cancel it
- You will be charged the subscription fee for each renewal period
- Renewal charges occur automatically on your billing date
- No additional confirmation is required for renewal
7.4 Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:
- Google Play Store: Go to Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions → mMoney → Cancel
- Apple App Store: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → mMoney → Cancel
- App Settings: Within the mMoney app, go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel
Refund Policy:
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
- Partial refunds may be available for technical issues or service disruptions
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge
- App store refund policies may apply and vary by platform
7.5 Subscription Changes and Upgrades
You may change your subscription plan at any time:
- Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
- Plan changes can be made through the app or app store
- No refunds are provided for downgraded plans
7.6 Free Trial and Promotional Offers
mMoney may offer free trials or promotional pricing:
- Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
- Promotional pricing is limited-time and may not be available for renewal
- You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
- Only one free trial per account is allowed

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the App or contacting the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
11. Changes to Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App or on the website.
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
